Is Mindset App available on iOS and Android?

Mindset is available on both the App Store and Google Play Store, ensuring accessibility to all users worldwide. We want to ensure that everyone can access transformative content and motivational tools aimed at enhancing their mindset.

How often is new content added to Mindset?

We update Mindset with new speeches and fresh content on a daily basis. We also regularly update features to keep our users engaged and inspired. Keep an eye on our app notifications or follow us on social media for updates on new releases.

Is Mindset available in multiple languages?

Currently, Mindset is available in English. However, we are working on expanding our language offerings to cater to a more diverse audience. Stay tuned for updates on additional language support in the future.

Can I share Mindset content with friends or family?

Yes, you can share speeches and content from Mindset with others through social media, messaging apps, or email. Look for the share button within the app to easily share content with your friends and family.

How is Mindset able to work with the world’s best speakers and creators?

Mindset is built as a beneficial eco-system for creators, speakers, and users alike. All content on Mindset is submitted or uploaded by creators who have a wide variety of permissions and licenses to create it.

Mindset Premium: Features, Subscriptions, and Free Trial Details

What do the Premium Features include?

Only Premium lets you do everything! Enjoy all exclusive Premium features including:

    • Unlimited access to thousands of curated content.
    • Listen to playlists and audios without ad breaks.
    • Download and listen offline, wherever you are.
    • Create and share your own playlists to suit your goals and mood.

Can I access Mindset content offline?

Yes, with a Premium subscription you can download speeches and content within the app for offline listening. Simply navigate to the audio player you want, and look for the download button in the bottom left corner. You can also access this by clicking the menu button in the top right corner. Once downloaded, you can access it anytime in ‘My Library’, even without an internet connection.

How can I save audios?

Easily save audios by selecting the ‘Save’ icon in the bottom right corner of the audio player. You can access all your saved content in the ‘My Library’ tab.

How can I create my own playlist?

With a Premium subscription you can create your own custom playlists. Simply navigate to the ‘Account’ tab and select ‘My Playlists’ then click ‘Create a playlist’. Choose a title and start adding audios. If you are listening to an audio and wish to add it to your playlist,  click the menu button in the top right corner and select ‘Add to playlist’. You can choose to access all your playlists in ‘My Library’ or in the ‘Account’ tab.

Are there any costs associated with using Mindset?

  • Mindset offers both free and premium content. While some speeches and features are available at no cost, certain premium content requires a subscription. You can find more information about our pricing plans by visiting your account page and clicking on “Get Premium”
  • Once you have subscribed for these Premium Features, your credit card will be charged monthly, or annually (depending on the subscription you selected).
  • Subscription charges automatically start after your free trial ends. If you do not want to start being charged for Mindset App’s Premium Features, make sure you cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before your free trial is done.

How do I upgrade to a premium subscription?

To upgrade to a premium subscription, simply visit your account page and click on “Get Premium and select the plan that best suits your needs. Follow the prompts to complete the subscription process, and enjoy access to exclusive content and features.

How do I cancel my Free Premium 7-Day Trial?

If you signed up for a free or discounted trial subscription and you don’t want to renew it, cancel it at least 24 hours before the trial ends. To cancel or modify your Free Trial, please refer to the following guides:

How do I cancel my Mindset Premium subscription?

I accidentally made a purchase in the app. Can I get a refund?

Please contact our support team with your purchase details, and we’ll be happy to assist you with a refund if applicable. Be sure to provide the transaction ID found in your confirmation email and any other relevant information.

Support Solutions

How can I reset my password?

To reset your password, go to the login page and click on the “Forgot Password” link. Sign in using the temporary password sent to your email and follow the instructions to change your password securely.

I’m having trouble logging in. What should I do?

First, make sure you’re using the correct sign in method and credentials. If you created your account with Apple ID, Facebook or Google, you’ll need to use the correct login information for those accounts. If you’re still having trouble, try resetting your password. If the issue persists, please contact our support team for further assistance.

How can I update my profile information?

To update your profile information, log in to your account and navigate to the ‘Account’ tab, scroll down and click ‘Settings’. Once in the settings page select ‘Edit Profile’, now you can change your profile picture, full name, username and more. If you want to change the email address associated with your account please contact our support team for further assistance.

How can I change my email address?

If you wish to change your email address please contact our support team with your account information and the email address you wish to switch it to. We’ll be happy to assist you with this.

What should I do if I encounter a bug or technical issue?

If you encounter a bug or technical issue, please report it to our support team here. Provide as much detail as possible, including the steps to reproduce the issue, your device type and any error messages you may have received. Screenshots or screen recordings are always appreciated to help us identify the problem, this will help us investigate and resolve the issue more efficiently.

I'm experiencing playback issues with the app. What should I do?

If you’re experiencing playback issues, first make sure you have a stable internet connection. If the problem persists, try closing and reopening the app, restarting your device, or updating the app. If you’re still experiencing issues despite having the latest version of the app, please contact our support team. Kindly provide details about your device type, such as your phone model and software so we can offer further assistance and resolve the issue promptly.

I can’t find a certain feature in the app. Where is it located?

Our app may have undergone updates or changes in layout. Please check our latest release notes. If you still can’t locate it, feel free to contact our support team for assistance.

Why can't I access Premium features as a Premium subscriber?

If you’re a Premium subscriber but are unable to access Premium features, please ensure that you’re logged into the correct account. Try logging out and then back in to ensure you’re using the right account credentials. If the issue persists, follow these steps:

    • Go to the ‘Account’ tab > ‘Settings’. Scroll down and click on “Restore Purchase.” Kill the app completely and then reopen it to test features.

How can I delete my account?

To delete your account, navigate to the ‘Account’ tab in the app, then go to ‘Settings’ > ‘Manage Account’. From there, you can select the option to delete your account. Please note that this action is irreversible. If you wish to reactivate your account in the future, you’ll need to contact our support team for assistance.

How can I adjust my notification settings?

To change your notification settings, navigate to the ‘Account’ tab in the app, then go to ‘Settings’ > ‘Mindset Notifications’. From there, you can turn on or off general and comment notifications as well as edit creator notifications. If you wish to change your notification permissions you can do so in your device settings. 

Can I use Mindset on multiple devices with the same account?

While you can access your Mindset account on multiple devices, please be aware that logging in on a new device will log you out of the other device. However, you’ll still have access to your saved content and preferences across all your devices when logged in.

Is Mindset compatible with smart watches or smart speakers? (e.g Google Nest, Alexa etc.)

At the moment, Mindset is not compatible with smart watches or smart speakers such as Google Nest or Alexa. However, we are exploring possibilities to make this integration possible in the future. Stay tuned for updates!

Is my data secure with your app?
