Mindset App’s Partner Program is an initiative designed for creators who are passionate about motivating and inspiring others. Through this program, creators have the opportunity to collaborate with us and share their motivational content on our platform.

As a Mindset Partner – whether you’re a speaker or a creator, you’ll gain access to the Mindset Creator Studio, where you can:

• Upload Audios
• View Analytics
• Manage Your Profile

Joining Mindset ensures your content reaches your target audience —those actively committed to personal growth. By tapping into our platform, you gain access to a diverse community of like-minded individuals, expanding your reach and attracting potential new followers and fans who resonate with your motivational content. Diversifying across platforms like Mindset not only broadens your audience but also strengthens your brand as a trusted authority in personal development.

There are two ways to become a Mindset App Partner:

• Apply for an Account: If you are a creator or a speaker, apply for an account to upload your content on the App. Our team will review your application, and if it’s a good fit, your account will be verified and activated.
• Claim an Existing Account: You may have an auto-initiated account on the App if your name was credited as a content contributor by a different user, because all content on the App requires proper speaker and creator credits. This is great news, as it gives your account a head-start! Now, it’s time to claim your account and make the most of it.

Once your claim/application is approved you will receive an email with directions on how to begin uploading your content to the app and contact information for your Mindset App Partner Manager.

We suggest you read Mindset App’s terms and conditions and adhere to the following copyright guidelines:

1. You must own, have the rights to post, the permission to post, or a license to share all content you post through Mindset App (including, audio tracks, thumbnail pictures, images, text, messages, information, playlist titles, music, videos, descriptions and compilations, and/or other types of content).
2. The content you post may be reviewed and removed by Mindset App for issues related to copyright infringement.
3. If you have any concerns with copyright you can contact us through our website or email us at support@mindsetapp.com.

You are solely responsible for all User Content that you post and upload to Mindset App.

If someone has posted your content (speeches or edited audio) without your permission, you have two options available to you as described below. For music concerns, please contact us.

1. Claim Your Content on Mindset App: Mindset App requires that all speakers and creators in an audio are credited. When another account posts content to which you’ve contributed, an auto-generated profile is created for you on the Mindset App to ensure you receive proper credit. If you find your content on the app, the first step is to look for your profile and claim it.
2. Contact Us to Remove Your Content: You can contact us through our website or at support@mindsetapp.com to request the removal of your content from the Mindset App. We will process your request and take appropriate action to remove the infringing content. To be effective, the notification must be in writing and contain the following information:

• an electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright rights holder or other intellectual property interest;
• a description of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property that you claim has been infringed;
• a description of where the material that you claim is infringing can be found on the Service, with enough detail that we may find it on the Service;
• your address, telephone number, and email address;
• a statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright or intellectual property owner, its agent, or the law;
• a statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your Notice is accurate and that you are the copyright or intellectual property owner or authorized to act on the copyright or intellectual property owner’s behalf.

We recommend that Creators make agreements or get written permission from the Speakers and Rights Holders. This ensures you have the right to use the content legally. By doing this, you respect copyright laws and reduce the risk of any legal issues. It’s a straightforward way to make sure you can use the content safely in your content. To upload content to the Mindset App, you need to have a creator or speaker account. If you don’t have one yet, you can apply for one. Once your account is approved, you’ll gain access to the Mindset Creator Studio, where you can begin uploading your audios. After uploading, your audio will be reviewed and, if approved, will become live on the app.

If you wish to remove your own audios from the Mindset App, you can do so by logging into the Mindset Creator Studio. From there, you can make the audio inactive, which will remove it from the app.

While we do allow and encourage compilations, put together in a creative manner, to be posted on the app, we are not big fans of audios that simply duplicate content. (for example, the same audio being uploaded more than once, or audios that have not offered significant changes to an audio that is already on the app.)

If your account is found to be uploading duplicate content, we reserve the full right and discretion to either send you a notice that requires a response within 30 days, or take other actions regarding your account.

Like all platforms, building your following is essential for maximizing the impact of your motivational content on Mindset App. Here are some strategies to help you grow your audience:

• Optimize Your Profile: Create a compelling profile that reflects your brand or message. Use a catchy username and a descriptive bio that highlights what sets you apart.
• Create High-Quality Content: Produce motivational audios that are inspiring, informative, and engaging. Focus on delivering valuable content that resonates with your target audience and encourages them to keep coming back for more.
• Use Compelling Thumbnail Images: Create visually appealing thumbnails that capture the essence of your content and entice listeners to click. Use vibrant colors, striking imagery, and clear typography to make your thumbnails stand out in users’ feeds. Incorporate relevant visuals that convey the mood or theme of your audios to give potential followers a preview of what to expect.
• Consistency: Maintain a consistent posting schedule to keep your audience engaged and coming back for more. Whether it’s daily, weekly, or monthly, establish a regular schedule for releasing new content to keep your followers engaged.
• Utilize Social Media: Leverage social media platforms to promote your Mindset App profile and drive traffic to your profile.

As a creator or speaker, you likely already have a dedicated following interested in your work, which has made you great at creating inspiring and motivational audios. Now, it’s crucial to ensure your followers and fans can easily find you on Mindset App. Here’s how you can optimize your discoverability:

• Use the same handle on Mindset App as you do on other platforms. If that’s not possible, align your username as closely as possible with your brand.
• ​​Encourage your fans and followers to download the app and search for your handle to connect with your content directly.
• Link your Mindset App profile to the successful accounts and audios you have on other platforms.
