Mindset is expanding their feature profile with new achievement ranking leaderboards for all listeners to track their personal development progress

Edmonton, Canada. (December 12, 2022) — The Mindset app is excited to continue bringing new ways to make Mindset even better, including refining the app experience and delivering exciting new features, based on valued user-feedback. This week’s release includes live achievement tracking on the new leaderboard page in the Mindset app.

At Mindset we’re always listening to our users. As we continue to evolve the mobile app on iOS and Android, we heard users’ feedback and have developed functionality to highlight the achievements of users and creators through the Leaderboard. Last month, we rolled out the community feature ‘My Channel’, which allows users to share questions in the form of a poll or post. This expanded the app’s engagement and provided the community with a new way to connect with each other by sharing comments and liking posts.

Viewing your Mindset progress just got easier with the Leaderboard! Starting today, all members can now view their ranking against friends in eight different categories, total skills level, and overall experience points (XP). In addition, profiles have been updated to include more detailed information, such as users’ skill level, longest listen streak, top audios played and favorite creators.

We’ve also implemented an engaging Creator Leaderboard that showcases top creators, based on their following and total audio plays. This tool will help creators track their channel’s popularity and motivate higher performance in order to move up in the rankings. We are also adding the ability to view rankings of all Mindset audios, allowing listeners to easily discover the most popular audios in each skills category.

According to Mindset App Co-Founder, Tyler Waye, “In personal development, learning is key, but true progress is the goal. That’s why we knew we needed to listen to our users when they began asking for an XP and leaderboard feature. We believe the ability to now track your progress on Mindset is a gamechanger!”

Privacy is an important focus of Mindset app. A function has been put into place to allow users to choose if they want their Mindset profile and ranking to be public or private. When the ‘Hidden Profile’ option is activated in settings, the user’s profile will not appear in the leaderboard ranking.

As the last feature update of the year, the Mindset team reflects on the major developments that have been made throughout 2022. The main focus has been to expand community and provide useful tools that will help users track their personal development. This new year Mindset is excited to continue taking valuable user feedback and designing new features to help people move towards achieving their ultimate goals.
